We make every effort to ensure that our shoes meet your expectations to the fullest. However, if for any reason the product you ordered does not meet your satisfaction, you have the right to return the product within a period of 30 days from the date when package has been delivered to you. Keep the pre-paid label that you found inside the parcel: you'll need it in the eventuality you wish to request a return.

Step-by-step return procedure

Step 1: Fill out the return form.

  • For the convenience of the return process, we have prepared a ready-made return form. Print it out and fill it in.

Step 2: Prepare the package.

  • Pack the returned product in its original packaging along with the filled-out return form. It's best to pack the returned item in the same cardboard box in which it was delivered.
  • The returned products must not show any signs of use or dirt. The items must be returned intact and in the same conditions in which they were received, provided with the tags any other seal that is part of the product.
  • Remember about carefully packaging our products to protect them from damage during transportation.

Step 3. Send the packaged

  • Send the package with the returned products to the following address: BRAVOMODA - Returns Department, Bobrek Kolonia 16, 26-804 Stromiec.
  • Remember that we do not accept parcels sent COD (Cash on Delivery) or parcels sent to pickup points (such as Paczkomaty). The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.

Step 4: Wait for the refund to be processed.

  • The product you return are examined by our staff as soon as possible, once verified and the return meets all the requirements, you will receive a notification by e-mail. The refund will be processed no later than 14 days from the moment we receive the parcel.
  • The refund will be made in the same manner in which we received the payment for the order or to the bank account provided in the withdrawal from the agreement form. Delivery costs you've incurred when purchasing the item won't be refunded.
