Free delivery in Poland via DHL courier and to DHL POP and InPost parcel lockers for all orders paid online (via online bank transfer or card). For international shipment see list of shipping destination here.

Shipping method and shipping rates

We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. We deliver products through DHL courier. Our products are carefully packaged to ensure that the package is safely delivered to the customer.

International shipping

We ship internationally via DHL courier for countries listed below. The shipping costs depend on destination country – please refer the table to specific delivery time and rate.

Domestic shipping (Poland)

Delivery within Poland is free of charge for all orders paid online. The cost of delivery for orders with cash on delivery payment is 5 EUR.

Delivery time

We process orders within 24 hours, and the delivery time takes a maximum of two working days within Poland. For internatlional shipments delivery time is listed individually for each country in the table above.

Order processing and preparation for shipment occur immediately upon payment confirmation, often on the same day. The estimated delivery time for the order is a maximum of two working days. The order processing and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

What happens if I don't collect my shipment immediately?

Delivery courier typically makes two delivery attempts for a package. Deliveries on working days occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you don't receive the package on the first attempt, the courier will try to deliver it the next day. If you still don't receive the package on the second attempt, it will be returned to the local DHL branch, where it will be held for 3 working days for pickup. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

All packages ordered for Paczkomat lockers/collection point are available for pickup for up to 48 hours. After this period, all uncollected shipments are sent to the DHL/InPost branch and returned directly to the sender.
