Product exchange

At our store, if you wish to exchange a product, the process involves returning the selected items and then placing a new order with the desired product. Non-cash exchange is not possible. 

If the size of the shoes you ordered is too small, too large, or differs in any way from the one you intended, simply proceed with the return process and place a new order for the desired product. This way, the correct product will reach you quickly and efficiently. To return the item, follow the instructions provided in the Returns and refund section.

You have the option to place a new and separate order on the same day that you initiate the return. Take your time and carefully check your size using the size chart provided on the product page. However, please keep in mind that the product may become sold out at any time. So, while making your decision, ensure that the desired product is still available.
