  • Does the product have a warranty?

    Products sent by our store are brand new, never used, and come with a two-year warranty. During this period, you can file a complaint if the product has a defect. To process a complaint, it will be necessary to return the faulty product to us.

  • How to choose the right shoe size?

    The size chart is available on the product pages and in the Size Guide tab. If you need assistance in measuring your foot, please follow these guidelines:

    1. Place your bare foot on an A4 paper, trace its outline, and then measure the distance between the two farthest points on the template – from the big toe to the heel.
    2. Another method is to align the back of your foot against a wall and then measure the distance from the wall to your big toe. For accuracy, measure both feet because in some individuals, one foot may be slightly longer.

    Add about half a centimeter to the obtained result because the shoe should be slightly longer than the foot.

  • How to care for leather shoes

    Well-maintained leather shoes will serve you for many years. The key to care is proper conditioning and cleaning, but it's important to remember that different types of natural leather require different treatments.

    • For smooth leather (full-grain), wipe it with a damp cloth or use a brush. Once dry, apply matching shoe creams or polishes and buff meticulously.
    • When dealing with velour or nubuck, it's recommended to use special brushes and products designed exclusively for these types of leather.
    • As for patent leather, avoid using any waterproofing products as they can diminish the shine and smoothness.
  • What are the shipping fees and delivery time?

    We ship internationally across Europe via the DHL courier. The shipping fee is determined by the country of destination and rates start from 10€. The standard delivery time from the moment of placing an order is up to 5 business days.

  • The size I'm looking for is unavailable. Is there a chance it will be restocked?

    If the size you're looking for is unavailable, you can subscribe to receive an alert notification when the product in that size is restocked.

    To subscribe for availability notifications, click to select one of the unavailable sizes (crossed out) on the Product Page. Once selected, a form labeled "Notify me when the product is available" will appear, where you can enter your email address. That's it! When the product is back in stock, we'll send you a message.

  • Can I return or exchange purchased shoes?

    If for any reason the product you ordered doesn't meet your expectations after receiving it, you have the right to return the product within 30 days from the date of receiving the package. Details on how to return the ordered items are provided in the Returns and refund section.

    In our store, the exchange process involves returning the selected products and then placing and paying for a new order. For instance, if the product you ordered is too small, follow the How to return a product instructions and simply place a new order afterwards. This way, the correct size will reach you quickly and efficiently.
