Does the product have a warranty?

Products sent by our store are brand new, never used, and come with a two-year warranty. During this period, you can file a complaint if the product has a defect. To process a complaint, it will be necessary to return the faulty product to us.

What are the shipping fees and delivery time?

We ship internationally across Europe via the DPD courier. The shipping fee is determined by the country of destination and rates start from 9€. The standard delivery time from the moment of placing an order is up to 5 business days.

Shoe width refers to the width and space in the shoe, which allows the shoe to fit different foot shapes. Our store offers shoes in three widths:

F1/2: A narrower width, designed for people with slimmer feet. The shoe is more fitted and has a smaller width.
G: Standard width, suitable for most people with average foot width.
G1/2: Slightly wider than the standard G width, designed for people with wider feet.

How to find the correct shoe size?

Place your foot on a flat surface with your heel touching the wall..
Mark the point where your longest finger ends..
Measure the distance between the wall and the marked point..
Repeat the same for the other foot - if your feet are different, use the size of the larger one..

Delivery within Poland is free of charge for all orders paid online. The cost of delivery for orders with cash on delivery payment is 5 EUR.

Delivery time

We process orders within 24 hours, and the delivery time takes a maximum of two working days within Poland. For internatlional shipments delivery time is listed individually for each country in the table above.

Order processing and preparation for shipment occur immediately upon payment confirmation, often on the same day. The estimated delivery time for the order is a maximum of two working days. The order processing and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

What happens if I don't collect my shipment immediately?

Delivery courier typically makes two delivery attempts for a package. Deliveries on working days occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you don't receive the package on the first attempt, the courier will try to deliver it the next day. If you still don't receive the package on the second attempt, it will be returned to the local DPD branch, where it will be held for 3 working days for pickup. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

All packages ordered for Paczkomat lockers/collection point are available for pickup for up to 48 hours. After this period, all uncollected shipments are sent to the DPD/InPost branch and returned directly to the sender.

All online payments are made via the Przelewy24 payment system, whose financial operator is PayPro SA with its registered office in Poznań 60-166, at ul. Pastelowa 8. The Przelewy24 service operates an authorization and settlement system based on the decision of the President of the National Bank of Poland No. 1/2011 of 1 April 2011 and provides payment services as a national payment institution based on the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of 10 June 2014, entered into the register of payment services under the number IP24/2014. How to: returns and refunds

We make every effort to ensure that our shoes meet your expectations to the fullest. However, if for any reason the product you ordered does not meet your satisfaction, you have the right to return the product within a period of 30 days from the date when package has been delivered to you.

Step-by-step return procedure

Step 1: Fill out the return form.

For the convenience of the return process, we have prepared a ready-made return form. Print it out and fill it in.

Step 2: Prepare the package.

Pack the returned product in its original packaging along with the filled-out return form. It's best to pack the returned item in the same cardboard box in which it was delivered.
The returned products must not show any signs of use or dirt. The items must be returned intact and in the same conditions in which they were received, provided with the tags any other seal that is part of the product.
Remember about carefully packaging our products to protect them from damage during transportation.

Step 3. Send the packaged

Send the package with the returned products to the following address: BRAVOMODA - Returns Department, Bobrek Kolonia 16, 26-804 Stromiec.
Remember that we do not accept parcels sent COD (Cash on Delivery) or parcels sent to pickup points (such as Paczkomaty). The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.

Step 4: Wait for the refund to be processed.

The product you return are examined by our staff as soon as possible, once verified and the return meets all the requirements, you will receive a notification by e-mail. The refund will be processed no later than 14 days from the moment we receive the parcel.
The refund will be made in the same manner in which we received the payment for the order or to the bank account provided in the withdrawal from the agreement form. Delivery costs you've incurred when purchasing the item won't be refunded.
